| DVMZone and Menlo Innovations Form Partnership |

On August 21, 2005, DVMZone (Dexter, MI) and Menlo Innovations ( Ann Arbor, MI) announced a
technology and business partnership that will allow the companies to partner on both
development and installations of the DVMZone Platform®.
David Stagg, founder of DVMZone said "Building a relationship with Menlo is akin to working with

ours so closely that we feel our customers will be delighted with the end result". Stagg
