Prior to founding DVMZone, Stagg was Chief Operating Officer for Speedscan, an
Application Service Provider to the financial services industry. Stagg also held
Vice President Sales and executive management positions at Optimus Corporation,
Xenos Group and at Interface Systems, where he was responsible for the launch of the
first comprehensive Electronic Statement Presentment system for the brokerage industry.
Stagg has considerable experience in working with companies who want to use Information
Technology and improved processes to achieve a more competitive and focused organization;
this experience has proved invaluable in the launch of DVMZone and its focus on the
services business.

| Gerry Thompson |
|
Gerry joined DVMZone as CFO in 2005 to add his significant financial expertise to the
board. Mr. Thompson has many years of experience with financing and capitalization
opportunities for technology companies. Mr. Thompson resides in London, England and
his career has included positions with Merrill Lynch, AIG Financial and Insurance
Services and Lehman Brothers.

| Dr. Thomas Maves, DVM |

Dr. Maves is DVMZone's industry eyes and ears. Dr. Maves has been a licensed Doctor of
Veterinary Medicine for almost 20 years. He owns a very successful veterinary clinic
in the Michigan Village of Dexter. Dr. Maves is SE Michigan's ACL specialist as well
as a regular speaker at local and national veterinary events.
